Delivery

When will I receive my order?

I aim to have your order processed within 2-7 days, after which my supplier will take care of both the shipping and fulfillment. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but here’s a general idea:

USA: 3-4 business days
International: 5-15 business days

Where will my order ship from?

I partner with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world. This means your order will be printed and shipped from the location that can handle it best.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Orders outside the USA might face customs fees depending on your country. These fees vary based on order value, country limits, and product specifics. You, as the recipient, are responsible for these fees.

Although providing a phone number is generally necessary in most cases, for a smoother delivery, I highly recommend always including your phone number with your order when shipping internationally. This helps reduce the risk of lost packages and makes everything go more smoothly.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to me, please check these things:

Look over your shipping confirmation email to ensure the address is correct.

Check with your local post office to see if they have your package.

Ask your neighbors in case the courier left it with them.

Note: Package theft is becoming more common. If you’re expecting a delivery and won’t be home, consider using an address where you know someone will be able to receive it!

Orders

How are your products made?

I work with a high-quality print-on-demand supplier who handles manufacturing with care. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?

ou’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, just drop me a line at shop@dopamineblister.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

I'm really sorry if something isn’t right with your order. To get this sorted quickly, please email me at shop@dopamineblister.com within a week with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order number. I’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Product Disclaimers

Sometimes, you might notice a slight vinegary smell on your garments. This is just temporary and should disappear after a few days and a wash cycle.

You might also see some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Don’t worry—these are not stains and will wash off after the first cycle. My apparel is made using the latest printing technology, with water-based and eco-friendly inks.

If you find a mark on your product, please wash it before reporting a problem.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

I don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if something’s wrong with your order, let me know by contacting me at shop@dopamineblister.com. I’ll do my best to make it right! Check the returns and refunds section for more info.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only for wrong or damaged items. If you’ve received something that doesn’t meet these criteria, please email me at shop@dopamineblister.com with photos of the issue, and I’ll sort it out. Check the returns and refunds section for more info.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Currently, I don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizes, check the sizing charts—each item has one in the product page. If you find that an item was mislabelled, let me know at shop@dopamineblister.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and I’ll send you a new one or issue a refund! Check the returns and refunds section for more info.
