Returns & Refunds
Important information about the circumstances under which I offer returns and refunds. Unfortunately, depending on the situation, there may be cases where the customer is responsible for covering certain costs. Please read the details below to understand how I handle various issues and how you can resolve them.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, first of all, I'm sorry—these things happen, but I’ll do everything I can to fix it. Please try to submit a claim within two weeks of receiving it. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly by working with my supplier, who will cover the costs once they confirm the problem based on the information you provide.
Lost Packages
If your order seems lost in transit, please try to submit a claim within two weeks of the estimated delivery date. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address
Sometimes filling in information can lead to mistakes. Please double-check your address and personal details carefully. If the shipping address you provide is incorrect, the item will be sent back to my supplier. In that case, you will need to cover the reshipping costs once I’ve confirmed the updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to my supplier, you’ll need to cover the reshipping costs. I understand that this might be inconvenient, and I'm here to help if you have any questions or need assistance.
Returns
I run this shop entirely on my own, independently, and work with a supplier who manufactures my products on demand. For this reason, I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Similarly, returns for size changes or unexpected products will be your responsibility, and you will need to cover the cost. EU Consumers
According to EU law, customized or unsealed products may not be eligible for returns.
