To ensure you choose the correct size, measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable tape by wrapping it around your forehead and the back of your head, keeping it 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears; pinch where the tape meets, lift it off, note the measurement, and compare it with the chart below.
